City Council Candidate Fenno Hoffman gives away balloons to Munchkins on the Mall

Fenno Hoffman spent a few hours giving away a couple of hundred bright green balloons and encouraging people to vote on Sunday at the Munchkin Masquerade.

Fenno's platform is creating a more sustainable, affordable and walkable Boulder.

George Karakehian also handed out treats for the kids next door.
