A dream is now a reality. The Blossom Care Network (BCN) is preparing to open its first mentoring center on December 1.

For Rosanne Sharratt, BCN’s founder, it has been a long and dogged road to get services up and running for children victimized by sex trafficking. A longtime volunteer, Rosanne developed her passion for these children after reading an article about the rescue of 52 girls here in the US, and the inability to find services for their care.

Located in Arvada, the Blossom Center helps children aged 12-18 develop interpersonal communications skills, self-esteem, teamwork, and improve academic skills. The specialized trauma training received by all mentors and volunteers help build better relationships with mentee leading to greater results.

Through our dedicated mentors, we hope to build the skills and support these children need to blossom into successful, healthy adults.
