- With a 20 year background in finance and a trained divorce mediator I work with individuals by educating and empowering them in order to answer the questions: "Will I be OK after divorce?" and "How do I know what is fair?"
Divorcing individuals need to understand the overall financial impacts of their decisions at a time in their lives when emotions may impair good judgment. I help individuals and couples by addressing the financial and family concerns, allowing the opportunity for a knowledgeable and fair settlement.
I am a Professional Mediator of the Colorado Council of Mediators, a member of the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA), Colorado Bar Association and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. I'm also the Regional Director for the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts.
I has presented nationally on Integrating Financial Concepts into Divorce Mediation and Advanced Techniques in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Also, I've been featured nationally in the Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, Bloomberg Wealth Manager, Robb Report Worth, on Bloomberg Financial Network, CNBC and CNN Financial. Closer to home I've had coverage in the Denver Post, Boulder Daily Camera, Boulder County Business Report, Women's Magazine, on Channel 9 KUSA Television (an NBC Affiliate) and various local radio programs.
